Yeh Hai Chahatein New Timings On Star Plus: India's leading Hindi GEC Star Plus has been making changes in its programming to stay ahead in the number race. After axing Imlie, Pandya Store and Teri Meri Doriyaann, the channel launched Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua and Maati Se Bandhi Dor. It is also gearing up for the launch of Advocate Anjali Awasthi at an unconventional time slot of 8:45pm.

Advocate Anjali Awasthi will disrupt the timings of several other daily soaps like Udne Ki Aasha and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Amid the programming changes, there are rumors that Yeh Hai Chahatein will also witness a big change.

Fimibeat earlier revealed that YHC is under the scanner due to a drop in viewership.

"Star Plus has several shows lined up in the upcoming months. Teri Meri Doriyaann is under the scanner as the channel is monitoring the ratings of the show. Yeh Hai Chahatein is performing well at the 11pm slot but the programming team is expecting the drama to garner at least a TVR of 1.4. YHC is not under the scanner but there are chances that the show might face the axe if ratings drop," a source earlier told Filmibeat.

STAR PLUS CONFIRMS NEW TIME SLOT OF YEH HAI CHAHATEIN

If the recent buzz is to be believed, Yeh Hai Chahatein might witness another time slot change. The channel has decided to shift to the show to an early evening slot from next Saturday.

The official Instagram handle of Star Plus released a promo to confirm that the show will air at 6:30pm slot. The caption for the post read, "Kashvi aur Arjun se milne ka samay badal raha hai, to unke liye aapki chahatein ab naye samay par bhi banaaye rakhiyega!"

Pravisht Mishra-Shagun Sharma's YHC is said to be under the scanner since a long time. It remains to be seen if the channel will pull the plug on the show after the time slot change or give it another chance to prosper.
