Approaching its 15th anniversary later this month, the show's creators are diligently working to inject more entertainment into the family drama. A few months back, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai underwent a generation leap, introducing Samridhi Shukla and Shehzada Dhami as the new protagonists, resulting in Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda's exit.

For those unfamiliar, Samridhi and Shehzada are currently garnering acclaim for their portrayals of Abhira and Armaan, respectively. Slowly but surely, they are etching a place for themselves in the hearts of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai's dedicated fanbase. Besides them, Pratiksha Honmukhe is also essaying the pivotal role of Ruhi in the long-running family drama.

SHEHZADA DHAMI & PRATIKSHA HONMUKHE DATING RUMOURS

For the past few weeks, there have been constant rumours that Shehzada and Pratiksha have come closer during Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and are dating each other in real life. In a recent interview, the duo finally reacted to the ongoing dating speculations and neither accepted nor denied their relationship. Yes, you read that right!

Talking about the same, Shehzada Dhami told Telly Talk India, "Aapko jo lagta hai aap wo bolo. Aapko jo lagta hai hamara hai, wo banao. Hamare bare mei charcha karo ki Shehzada aur Pratiksha ka kya hai. Hai, nahi hai, kaisa hai, kaisa nahi hai, sab charcha karo. Agar aapko pata chal jar toh humei bhi bata do, kya hai kya nahi hai."

SHEHZADA-PRATIKSHA NEITHER DENIED NOR ACCEPTED THEIR RELATIONSHIP

Adding to it, Pratiksha Honmukhe stated, "Actually, humei pata hai ki hamare beech mei jo bond hai wo kaisa hai. So, I feel humei justify karne ki zarurat nahi hai ki arey nahi, hum couple nahi hai, hum dost hai. So, log toh sochte hi rahenge kuch bhi ki Shehzada-Pratiksha sath mei hai, and anything. But ya, hum sabka muh toh band nahi kara sakte. But iska matlab ye thodi hai ki jaise hum hai waise behave karna band kar de. Hum ache dost hai aur hamesha waise hi rahenge. So, koi kuch bole, I don't think hum pe uss cheez ka koi farak padega."

At last, Shehzada said, "When we work na, hum jab kaam karte hai, ye cheezein bani hai. Agar link-ups bhi hote hai, wo bhi bane hai. Kai shows mei hua hai, link-ups bane hai, unke aage bhi gaye hai, life bhi bani hai unki. Toh iss cheez ke upar na toh mai bolna chahunga aur agar logon ko lagta hai kuch hai, toh haa hai. Agar lagta hai nahi hai, toh maan lo nahi hai. Par jo jai, jo nahi hai, wo hum dono ko pata hai, humei hi pata hai. Wo hamare tak hi rahega, that's personal. Everything is personal, if we're friends, if we're whatever. Toh karo, charcha karo hamare bare mei. Abhi bhi maine chhord diya hai, charcha karo."
