Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update August 5: Abhira Tricks Armaan; Poddars Shocked To See Ruhi

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode: In tonight's (August 5) episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the ladies play the Mangala Gauri game. Manisha tells Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) to perform all the rituals wholeheartedly to receive her blessings. The Poddar men dress up in lehengas to enter the Mangala Gauri Pooja.

The ladies play different kinds of games while the Poddar men watch. Abhira wins the game, and Kaveri's friend tells Abhira that she is just like a young Kaveri, balancing everything in the family. The ladies become suspicious of the men, and Abhira tricks Armaan (Rohit Purohit) by saying he is boring, prompting Armaan to reveal his face.

Vidya and Madhav notice Rohit (Romit Raj), who is tense, thinking that Ruhi (Garvita Sadhwani) has gone to the US. Later, they begin to play another game where the ladies have to recite poetry for the men. Everyone applauds Abhira's poetry for Armaan.

RUHI ARRIVES AT MANGALA GAURI POOJA; HUGS ROHIT

While everyone is dancing, Vidya and Madhav try to convince Kaveri to accept Abhira for Armaan's happiness. Kaveri receives a text and leaves. Ruhi suddenly arrives, at the function and hugs Rohit, leaving everyone shocked.

As reported earlier, Ruhi decides to not leave for India and return to the Poddar house. Now, it'll be interesting to see if she has decided to move on in life with Rohit or if she has returned to separate Armaan and Abhira. Well, there has been no clarity on the same yet.

For those who are not aware, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been produced by Rajan Shahi's Director's Kut Productions and is among the longest-running shows on TV. It premiered in 2009 and has been entertaining the loyal fanbase since then.
