Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode: In tonight's (November 9) episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, all the family members are deeply worried about Ruhi (Garvita Sindhwani), and Armaan (Rohit Purohit) reprimands the aunties for harboring such gender-biased thoughts. Armaan and Rohit (Romit Raaj) later set out to search for Ruhi.

Meanwhile, a girl notices Ruhi lying unconscious in a car and opens the door to help her. Just then, Armaan and Rohit arrive, and they rush her to the hospital.

Upon arriving at the hospital, Rohit immediately contacts Vidya to update her on the situation, leaving the family deeply shocked. The doctor informs Rohit that Ruhi is in labor and will need surgery. However, a particular injection crucial for her treatment is urgently required but is currently in short supply due to high demand and prior reservations from other patients.

The doctor mentions Abhira's pre-booked injection, and suddenly, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) arrives and tells the doctor to use her reserved injection for Ruhi. Rohit expresses his gratitude to Abhira for her selflessness.

Unexpectedly, Abhira begins experiencing labor pains as well. The doctor examines her and confirms that she is in labor too. The doctor instructs Rohit and Armaan to stay close while asking the others to leave. In her pain, Abhira asks Armaan to promise that, if it comes down to a choice, he should prioritize saving their baby.
