According to Abhineet and his legal consultant Rakesh Shetty, the alleged couple had tied the knot on November 12, 2024 after being in a live in relationship for year. It was a secret marriage which took place in their Goregaon house in the presence of their respective parents and siblings. "We had two pandits, proper riti riwaz se hua, 3-4 din ka proper sab tha. He also stated that while it was Aditi's decision to get married and was pushing him for almost 1.5 years, she had condition that nobody in the industry can know about the marriage.

Abhineet has levied serious accusations against Aditi, a star of Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, alleging her involvement in a romantic relationship with Samarthya Gupta, her colleague from the show Apollena. Furthermore, it was reported that Aditi's family had put forth a demand for Rs 25 lakhs from Abhineet. This incident unfolded in the wake of Samarthya's visit to Aditi for dinner while Abhineet was away in Pune. The situation escalated when mutual friends within the building informed Abhineet, leading to the involvement of the police. Both parties filed complaints, eventually leading to a demand for divorce. "In Abhineet's absence, Samarthya had come to have dinner with Aditi when he had gone to Pune. Building mein kaafi mutual friends thhe jinhone inform kiya.
