HINDI TV DEBUT ON SONY SAB

Sony SAB is known for its hatke shows, catering to the needs of the audience. While Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah continues to shine like star, shows like Pushpa Impossible, Itti Si Khushi offer something new to the plate.

Adding another feather to the cap, the channel has premiered the Hindi dubbed version of Eken Babu. Talking about the his Hindi TV debut, Anirban told Filmibeat, "I am excited and nervous at the same time. Bengali fans have loved my work for eight long years, and now the Hindi heartland will also be able to watch my character. I have received love from all corners in West Bengal, and I am excited to know how the Hindi audience reacts to my character and my presentation."

Eken Babu brings back a lighter twist to crime stories, standing apart from grim detective dramas. What makes his different from other characters? What's the USP of the character and series? You definitely need to know what Anirban said.

"This Bengali detective is moody, food-loving and outwardly simple, yet constantly observant. His odd routines often unsettle both criminals and close associates.
