Interestingly, this show wasn't originally planned as a part of the Bade Achhe Lagte Hain franchise. Ekta Kapoor had earlier been working on a show with Yeh Hai Mohabbatein stars Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathi, but those plans were shelved.

Instead, she turned her attention to a new project starring Harshad and Shivangi, which was first titled Bahaarein. After much brainstorming and changes, the makers finally decided to launch it as Bade Achhe Lagte Hain Naya Season. While everyone is excited about the show, there were reports about Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar making a special appearance in it.

Well, Filmibeat has exclusively learned that Nakuul and Disha aren't doing any cameo in the much-hyped Sony TV show. Yes, you read that right!

Revealing the same, the source told us, "Nakuul and Disha are not returning for any cameo in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain Naya Season. Their names are being floated purely to generate buzz and draw attention to the new season. There's no truth to the reports suggesting their involvement."

However, we can't confirm it as the makers, as well as Nakuul-Disha, are yet to react to the same.
