Filmibeat has learned that Rajat Tokas has been approached to take charge for a newly launched historical show. If the latest buzz is to be believed, Sony Entertainment Television is keen to have him on board for 'Chakravarti Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan'. Yes, you read that right!

Before the launch of the show, Sony TV was confident that it would strike a chord with the audience. The promotional campaign for the historical drama created waves on social media but somehow the numbers didn't rise.

"Sony TV has instructed the makers to spice up the viewership by introducing the leap and bringing a popular face, who can do justice to the iconic historical figure.
