CID 2 Netflix Streaming: After a long wait of six years, Sony TV's much-loved crime drama CID returned last year amid a huge demand from fans. In CID 2, Shivaji Satam, Aditya Srivastava, and Dayanand Shetty reprised their iconic characters of ACP Pradhyuman, Abhijeet, and Daya respectively.
The iconic investigative show CID, which first aired on Sony TV in 1998, entertained audiences for 20 years before concluding in 2018. Ever since its finale, rumors of the show's comeback have been swirling, keeping fans eagerly hopeful for its return. However, their wait finally ended in December 2024 as CID 2 premiered on the small screen.
While CID Season 2 has been entertaining viewers on Sony TV from the past three months, the crime drama has also made its Netflix debut. Yes, you read that right! The first 18 episodes of CID 2 are now available on the platform with new episodes set to streaming on Netflix every weekend.

Taking to its official Instagram account, Netflix recently announced the arrival of CID Sesaon 2 on the platform. In the announcement post, it was revealed that CID 2 is now streaming on Netflix and its new episodes will be released every Saturday and Sunday at 10 pm, simultaneously.
The post reads, "Iska matlab samjhe Daya? CID ab Netflix par bhi aa chuka hai. Aur har Shanivaar aur Ravivaar, dekhiye naye episodes, raat 10 baje se!"
