CID Season 2 today episode: In the gripping episode "Return of Jewel Thief - Episode 3," the CID team, including Pankaj, Purvi, Ayushman, Daya, Abhijeet, and Bhoomi, discreetly trail ACP Pradyuman and Barbosa. They deviate from their usual path, with Pankaj following on his bike. At Chamak Jewellery Shop, the team intervenes in a robbery attempt. Inside, they find Barbosa and his men trying to breach the security system.

Barbosa manages to escape through an air vent. Daya and Ayushman pursue him through the vents into a bustling market but lose him in the crowd. Later at the CID office, ACP Pradyuman reveals his secret plan to capture Barbosa. He explains that after a bomb blast, he pretended to have amnesia to gather intelligence on Barbosa's schemes.

Unveiling Hidden Motives

The real ACP Pradyuman shares that his earlier confrontation with Daya in the jungle was staged to avoid raising Barbosa's suspicions. This allowed him to act as Barbosa's "boss." Apologising for endangering his team, he reassures Daya of their strong friendship. He also secretly protected Sachin during an exhibition.

A fingerprint test later confirms that the person posing as ACP Pradyuman is an imposter. The episode concludes with ACP Pradyuman revealing that the mission was part of a larger "project." To surprise Daya, he brings Shreya and her daughter, fulfilling a promise made by Daya.

Mystery Deepens

Barbosa remains unaware of the imposter's true identity and is last seen driving away with him. However, the mystery of a traitor within the CID team remains unsolved, presenting them with a new challenge to tackle.

On 8th June 2025, in another intriguing case titled "Accidental Murder," a man is found dead in his car on a busy city road. Initially thought to be an accident victim, it is discovered that he was poisoned just before the crash. As CID delves deeper into this case, they uncover more deaths under similar circumstances.

Unraveling Dark Patterns

Each victim had been involved in hit-and-run incidents but had evaded justice. A peculiar wrist stamp and a mysterious nurse become crucial clues as CID unravels a sinister pattern. Is there a serial killer seeking revenge or someone orchestrating a larger scheme under the guise of justice?

The truth turns out to be shocking yet not entirely as it appears. The investigation takes unexpected turns as CID pieces together this complex puzzle.
