EXCLUSIVE! Naagin 6 Actor Hritik Yadav Reveals His Fitness Secret, Says 'I Pay Attention To My Diet And...'

Actor Hritik Yadav, who has been part of shows like Naagin 6, Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein 2, and Dhartiputra Nandini and is currently seen in Apollena-Sapno Ki Unchi Udann, is a fitness enthusiast and shared that even on the busiest days he tries to keep a check on his diet and workout.
He said, "I pay attention to my diet and work out to stay in shape despite my busy and hectic schedule. I also try to avoid eating unhealthy food during that time. I believe fitness depends on my work schedule. I am very active in sports and other activities, so I love keeping myself fit. That's why my fitness routine always influences me."
He added, "During busy times, I focus on my diet, and whenever I get time between shoots, I do squats, pushups, and other exercises to keep my body flexible and active. It's easy for me as my body reacts quickly, helping me stay fit regularly."
He also shared that being physically fit helps in keeping one's mental and emotional health in check. He said, "If we are not physically fit, our mental health won't be good, and without mental well-being, we can't perform well. For an actor, fitness is essential as we need to look fit on screen."
Though he doesn't believe in following a specific regime, he once took up a challenge for a new project. He said, "I just do warm-up exercises between shoots to stay stress-free and fit. But I once took up a challenge for a show. Before getting the project, I had gained some weight. When the makers told me to lose weight, I took it as a challenge. Within one week, I managed to lose 6 kg, and in 8 days, I was back in shape."
Hritik also confessed that his body reacts quickly, so he can easily gain or lose weight, and sometimes, achieving a fully sculpted body is a bit challenging for him.
He enjoys doing Zumba and dancing as part of his workout. He also shared that he doesn't have a fitness mentor, as his body inspires him. He added, "When I am fit, I look good, and that motivation keeps me going."
He said that being from the industry, he doesn't feel the pressure to look fit, but said, "Before being an actor, I'm a regular guy who wants to stay fit and healthy. It feels natural and easy for me."
Two fitness tips? "Eat healthy, think positive, and everything will fall into place-you'll achieve fitness and well-being," Hritik ended.
