The television actress shared a video showing the extent of the damage to her suitcase while traveling from London to Mumbai. In the video, Urvashi, known for her role in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, requested a full refund due to the poor handling of her baggage. As she tagged the airline company in her demand, several social media users criticized her in the comment section. However, true to her bold nature, Urvashi chose not to stay silent and fired back at the trolls with her signature confidence.

Urvashi Dholakia Claps Back At Trolls After Criticizing Air India

Urvashi Dholakia uploaded a video on her Instagram where she showed how her luggage was terribly handled by Air India. She said, "Completely damaged my suitcase, the handle is also gone. there's scratches. This is the other one, this is again cracked from here. Terrible, terrible handling, mishandling by Air India." She added, "Never traveling from Air India. After paying for an extra bag that's the bag they destroyed and my original bag was also destroyed. I need a full refund on this one. I should get it. (sic)"

As Urvashi uploaded this video with caption, "My luggage is TOTALLY DAMAGED BY @airindia AND IT IS EXTREMELY SAD AS I USED TO BE PROUD OF AIR INDIA ! #AI 130 LHR ( London) to Mumbai" a user commented, "sharam Karle .. Itne bure din agaye .. Refund chaiye." To this Urvashi clapped back, "sharam tu kar ho iss tarah ki baat kar raha hai ! Tujhse maang rahi hoon kya refund ? Galle ke peeche tu baitha hai ? Are u the owner who has to bear the refund ? So STFU."
