ECL Season 3: Entertainers Cricket League 2025 remained in the headlines after the organisers fired Rajat Dalal from the league for breaching the contract. Elvish Yadav's Harynavi Hunters team player has been kicked out of ECL for adhering to the rules.

WHY RAJAT DALAL GOT FIRED FROM ECL SEASON 3?

On Friday (August 1), ECL's team issued a statement on social media, stating that Rajat Dalal has been terminated from the league as he violated the contract and decided to play in a similar league without obtaining the NOC.

"The Governing Council of the Entertainers Cricket League (ECL) hereby announces the termination of Mr. Rajat Dalal, captain and registered player of the Lucknow Lions franchise, from participating in the upcoming Entertainers Cricket League Season 3, with immediate effect," the statement read.

ECL organising team fired Rajat Dalal for breaching the contract and not informing them about playing in a similar cricket league involving celebrities.

"This decision follows a confirmed violation of contractual obligations and ECL by-laws. Despite being under an active agreement with the League, Mr. Rajat Dalal chose to participate in a similar league without securing the mandatory No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the ECL Governing Council. ECL upholds a zero-tolerance policy toward contractual breaches and remains committed to maintaining integrity, discipline, and the highest professional standards across the League," the statement further read.

RAJAT DALAL KICKED OUT OF ECL 3- REAL REASON IS...

Rajat Dalal was earlier a part of Haryanvi Hunters, which was led by Elvish Yadav. In an ECL 2025 auction held on June 15 in Delhi, Rajat was shifted to Lucknow Lions. He was supposed to represent the team but he got fired months after leaving Elvish Yadav's team.

A reliable source exclusively told Filmibeat's Chief Copy Editor Abhishek Ranjit, "ECL organisers fired Rajat Dalal after they got to know about his participation in GCL (Great Cricket League). Rajat is representing Haryana Hurricanes in CGL, a similar league like ECL. This didn't go down well with the organisers as the Bigg Boss 18 contestant breached the contract and didn't seek approval or NOC from them."

The likes of Asim Riaz, Nirahua (Dinesh Lal Yadav), Shalin Bhanot, Manish Jain, Rajat Dalal, Anurag Dhobhal and Rohit Zinjurke are reportedly participating in GCL 2025.
