Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin new entry: Star Plus is ready to take the audience on a roller coaster ride filled with drama, thrill, suspense and emotions. The channel has introduced a massive change in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, replacing Vaibhavi Hankare with Bhavika Sharma.

Bhavika Sharma, who played the role of Savi, is back in the show as the makers believe that she can drive the viewership. She has replaced Vaibhavi, who essayed the character of Tejaswini.

They feel that viewers might be able to connect with Bhavika, showering her with love. However, the actress has a big chip on her shoulder. While Param Singh and Sanam Johar have been retained, Vaibhavi Hankare was shown the door due to drop in ratings of the show. Hitesh Bharadwaj was also approached to make a comeback but he refused as he is busy with the shoot of Aami Dakini.
Filmibeat exclusively revealed that Hitesh won't be returning to GHKPM. The actor is currently shooting for Sony TV's new horror drama in Kolkata and it will be difficult for him to juggle between two shows.
"Star Plus is merciless when it comes to shutting down shows with low TRPs. Imlie, Banni Chow Home Delivery, Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si, Pandya Store were pulled off air when the ratings fell. If Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin fails to witness a rise in TRPs after the big change, we expect the channel to take a harsh call," a source said when asked about the show's future.
