Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin new lead name: Star Plus is all set to revamp its popular TV show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. The decision to replace the leads backfired as the viewers couldn't connect with the new characters. Hitesh Bharadwaj and Bhavika Sharma were replaced as the makers wanted to refresh the storyline.

WHY STAR PLUS IS REPLACING GHUM HAI KISIKEY PYAAR MEIIN ACTORS?

Param Singh, Vaibhavi Hankare and Sanam Johar were introduced as the new leads of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein. The TRPs dropped, resulting in notices from the channel. The leading Hindi GEC is definitely not happy with the decreasing numbers of GHKPM. It has issued a diktat to the production house to improve the numbers or shut shop.

When we asked a reliable industry source, he infirmed, "Star Plus is definitely not happy with the decrease in TRPs of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, An official confirmation about the revamp will be made soon as press releases will be issued. The channel is yet to take a call on the future of the show as it might pull it off due to low ratings. The cast and crew are working hard to bring decent viewership but the competition from IPL 2025 is not doing the show any favour."

It was intitally said that the three lead artists- Sanam Johar, Param Singh and Vaibhavi Hankare would get replaced. However, the latest development indicated that only Vaibhavi is in danger of getting fired from the serial. It's not her fault, at all.

Gossip mills suggested that Bhavika Sharma would be brought back as the new female lead. She will reportedly replace Vaibhavi Hankare. Wondering what will happen to Vaibhavi's character. She will be bumped off as the makers are planning to introduce a shocking twist. Tejaswini (Teju) will be killed in Ghum Hai serial, following which Bhavika will make her re-entry, as per Gossip TV.

While rumours about Bhavika's return made waves, speculation were rife that Hitesh Bharadwaj would also make a comeback to the show. We immediately squashed all the baseless rumours.

"Come on, Hitesh is playing the lead role in Aami Dakini. He is busy shooting for the supernatural drama in Kolkata. How will he make a comeback to Ghum? This is beyond imagination. He shares a close bond with the production house but he is definitely not coming back to Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin," a source exclusively told Filmibeat.
