The channel was disappointed with the fall in ratings of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin and issued a diktat to the production house. After receiving a notice, the makers chalked out a plan to bring back Bhavika and replace Vaibhavi from the show.

At a time when GHKPM has struggled to gain TRPs following the leap, the makers have decided to reintroduce Savi in the show. However, the decision to bring Bhavika Sharma has received a mixed response from the audience. Interestingly, even Bhavika's fans have pointed out that bringing Savi in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin and pairing her with Neil looks 'bizarre'.
Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages, sharing their thoughts about the replacement. Bhavika Sharma was trolled online for replacing Vaibhavi Hankare as the new lead and 'deciding to come back'.
