Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein has witnessed countless leaps and generations, but the show's flavor has remained the same. The makers are fascinated by love triangle and kitchen politics. Keeping in mind the theme of GHKPM, the creative introduced a new star cast, replacing Bhavika Sharma and Hitesh Bharadwaj.

When the news about Bhavika Sharma and Hitesh Bharadwaj's replacement surfaced on the internet, fans expressed their displeasure on social media. While Param Singh, Sanam Johar and Vaibhavi Hankare are doing an amazing job, the TRPs of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin have witnessed a major dip following the leap. Considering the drop, the channel shifted the romantic drama to 7:30pm slot. However, nothing worked in favour of GHKPM.

In an insult to the injury, Star Plus once again changed the time slot of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, shifting it to 7:10pm as Kabhi Neem Kabhi Shehad was postponed.

Gossip mills suggested that Param Singh, Sanam Johar, Vaibhavi Hankare might get replaced in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein serial. A report in India Forums claimed that the production house was thinking of a major shake-up. The actors might get replaced as the numbers have dipped and the channel is unhappy.

When we asked a reliable industry source, he quipped, "Star Plus is definitely not happy with the decrease in TRPs of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin but there's no official confirmation about the revamp. The channel is yet to take a call on the future of the show as it might pull it off due to low ratings. The cast and crew are working hard to bring decent viewership but the competition from IPL 2025 is not doing the show any favour."

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin originally started with Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh and Aishwarya Sharma as the leads. The trio left the serial in 2023, making the audience upset. The show is the Hindi remake of Bengali daily soap Kusum Dola.
