Hera Pheri 3: Pankit Thakker Appeared For An Audition, Makers To Introduce New Character Baburao's Nephew?

Actor Pankit Thakker, currently seen in TV show Saru, has appeared auditions for Hera Pheri 3. If sources are to be believed he will step into a new character that will be introduced as Baburao's nephew. Earlier veteran actor Paresh Rawal essayed the role of Baburao.

Already a huge controversy is surrounded behind Rawal presence in the show. On May 25, Rawal tweeted that his lawyer, Ameet Naik, had submitted a proper response explaining his rightful termination. He added that once reviewed, the matter should be resolved.
Cape of Good Films, Akshay Kumar's production house backing Hera Pheri 3, stated that Paresh Rawal was paid Rs 11 lakh as a signing amount and had already shot the film's teaser alongside Akshay and Suniel Shetty. The teaser, reportedly set for release soon, added weight to their claims amid the ongoing dispute.

Following reports that Akshay Kumar's production house filed a ₹25 crore lawsuit against Paresh Rawal for exiting Hera Pheri 3, the veteran actor has responded legally.

While Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty are confirmed to return for Hera Pheri 3, the big question mark remains over who will step into the shoes of Baburao. With Paresh Rawal officially exiting the project, fans are left wondering who could possibly fill the void left by the beloved character.

A source revealed, "Pankit Thakker have given audition for a role in the film. Makers are planning to kill Baburao. And introduce his nephew in the story. However nothing is confirmed yet. However work is still going on!'

Pankit Thakker has made a name for himself with notable roles in several popular television shows, including Kabhii Sautan Kabhii Sahelii, Dill Mill Gayye, Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant, Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha, and Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai, among others. He earlier appeared in movies like Tere Liye and Zindagi Live.
