Jahnavi Soni On Paro Sang Dev going Off-Air: Froze For Nearly Five To Ten Minutes After Hearing The News
Actor Jahnavi Soni was devastated when she learned that her show Paro Sang Dev is unexpectedly going off-air. She said, "I froze for nearly five to ten minutes after hearing the news. After that, in emotional scenes, I cried for real."

Though playing Paro was a challenge, especially because of the dialect she had to pick, working was fun, starting from the first day till the last. She said, "In Paro Sang Dev, I learned a lot, especially about the Bihari accent and how people there speak. I tried to speak like them, and I think I have managed it."
"Paro and Paro Sang Dev both are going to be very special for me. From my first interactions with the whole team till the last day of the shoot, it was fun, joyful, and full of positivity," she added.
She also confessed that the character of Paro has shaped her in many ways. She said, "In my previous serial, I played a depressed, submissive daughter-in-law type of character-someone low in confidence, very religious, and very suppressed. But Paro is completely different. She is not someone who stays suppressed. Her character is very open-hearted and free-spirited."
While this came as a learning for Jahnavi, she mentioned that the ending felt abrupt to her. She said, "It feels like an unfinished conversation, which is a little disappointing. But still, I am satisfied with the journey I have lived from the beginning until now. It's not that I didn't enjoy myself; every day was fun, and I learned a lot."
"Not just from this character, but also from the directors, the artists, and everyone around. Everyone was so humble, and I really enjoyed working with them," she added.
