Jamai No 1 Today Episode: In tonight's (February 15) episode of Jamai No 1, Neel (Abhishek Malik) playfully jumps on the bed, laughing as he tosses some flowers into the air. He then turns to Riddhi (Simaran Kaur), urging her to join in, reminding her that they need to portray a newlywed couple on their first night together. Initially hesitant, Riddhi watches Neel's carefree antics, unsure of how to respond.

Just then, a hotel staff member arrives, delivering a beautifully decorated doll-shaped cake to their room. Neel, upon seeing the cake, assumes it has been sent by his Nani as a thoughtful gesture.

However, the sight of the cake triggers an unexpected reaction in Riddhi. As soon as her eyes fall on it, she is transported back to a painful memory from her childhood. In a vivid flashback, she recalls a birthday from her early years. Instead of a joyous occasion, it had turned into a nightmare. She remembers how her father, in a fit of uncontrollable rage, had hit her mother on that very day. The trauma of that incident, buried deep within her, resurfaces with alarming intensity.

Overcome with anxiety, Riddhi starts to hyperventilate. Her hands tremble as she frantically searches for her medicine, desperate for something to calm her nerves. Neel, noticing her distress, rushes to her side, shocked and deeply concerned. Seeing her about to take the medicine, he gently stops her hand and firmly tells her that she doesn't need to rely on medication. Instead, he makes her sit down, holds her hands, and encourages her to take deep breaths. As she struggles to calm herself, Neel fetches a glass of water and helps her drink it, his voice soothing and reassuring. Slowly, under his comforting presence, Riddhi's breathing steadies, and she begins to regain control.

Unbeknownst to them, Kanchan and Nani are watching everything unfold from the window. Nani, observing Neel's care and patience, turns to Kanchan and tells her that now they have someone who can truly look after Riddhi. Her voice carries a sense of relief and hope, as she realizes that Neel might be the one to heal Riddhi's old wounds.

Later that night, Neel carefully helps Riddhi lie down and ensures that she is comfortable. Sitting beside her, he softly sings to her, his voice gentle and reassuring, until she finally drifts off to sleep.

Meanwhile, Kanchan meets Kamlesh with a smug expression. She reveals that she had deliberately sent the doll-shaped cake to their room, knowing it would trigger Riddhi's painful memories and ruin the couple's first night together. With a determined tone, she declares that she will never let Neel and Riddhi be together. Her words are filled with malice, making it clear that she has no intention of letting their relationship flourish.

At Neel's family home, Gangadhar returns from a religious ceremony and walks into the house, only to be met with a disturbing sight. Sumati, lost in her own world, is speaking as if she is conversing with Neel-except Neel isn't there. Her vacant expressions and the way she keeps calling out his name make it evident that she is hallucinating. The family, deeply concerned, immediately calls a doctor. After examining her, the doctor delivers a serious diagnosis-Sumati is in a state of deep shock due to Neel's absence. The separation from her son has taken a heavy toll on her mental health, leaving her emotionally unstable.

Back at the house, Nani takes Neel aside and leads him to another room. Once they are alone, Neel, still shaken by Riddhi's panic attack, looks at Nani with concern in his eyes.

Nani lets out a heavy sigh, her face clouded with sadness. She then reveals the truth-Riddhi had endured a lot of pain in her childhood. The scars of her parents' divorce had left deep emotional wounds, ones that she still struggled with. The constant fights, the broken home, and the traumatic incidents had shaped her into the person she is today, and those memories still haunted her. As Neel listens intently, he realizes just how much Riddhi has suffered.
