Jamai No 1 Today Episode: In tonight's (January 6) episode of Jamai No 1, Neel (Abhishek Malik) decides to take Riddhi (Simaran Kaur) to meet Lokit, disguising himself as her driver. Riddhi, unaware of Neel's plan, tries to stop him. Meanwhile, Kanchan (Papiya Sengupta) becomes increasingly worried about Riddhi's whereabouts and starts calling her to check if she's safe.

During the drive, Riddhi becomes annoyed with Neel's antics and, in an impulsive attempt to stop him, grabs his neck. In the process, she accidentally ends up kissing him on the cheek, leaving both of them surprised and awkward.

Kanchan, still anxious, calls the driver to inquire about Riddhi. The driver spills the truth, revealing how Neel took Riddhi away without informing anyone, further fueling Kanchan's concerns.

Neel, however, continues with his plan and eventually brings Riddhi to the house where Lokit is waiting for her. Overwhelmed with emotion, Riddhi runs to Lokit and hugs him tightly. Nani, witnessing their reunion, is overjoyed to see Riddhi and Lokit together.

KANCHAN REUNITES WITH LOKIT; HE PROPOSES HER

However, the joy is short-lived as they realize Kanchan may have seen everything through the CCTV cameras installed outside the house. This revelation causes a stir as they start worrying about how to deal with Kanchan's reaction. Later, Nani asks the house staff to prepare tea, but the staff hesitates, fearing Kanchan's wrath. Neel steps in and assures Nani that he will handle it, claiming he knows how to make tea perfectly.

In the midst of all this, Lokit gathers his courage and proposes to Riddhi, asking her to marry him, leaving her shocked. Now, it'll be interesting to see if Riddhi will accept the proposal or not.
