Hosted by Sunny Leone and Tanuj Virwani, MTV Splitsvilla X5 finale witnessed Jashwanth Bopanna and Akriti Negi walking away with the winners' trophy beating other finalist couples Digvijay Rathee-Kashish Kapoor and Harsh Arora-Rushali Yadav. Even after the show Jashwanth and Akriti have been in a steady relationship and well-wishers are busy shipping them together.

However, here comes a piece of bad news for their fans. Well, the latest update suggests that the cute couple is no more together. Yes, you read that right!

In a recent interview, Jashwanth Bopanna confirmed parting ways with Akriti and revealed the reason behind their separation.

Revealing the reason behind their break up, Jashwanth told TOI, "We decided to part ways because, over time, I felt the balance in our relationship shifting. I realized that a relationship thrives when both people are equally invested, and somewhere along the way, that connection didn't feel the same. It was a difficult decision, but one made with respect and understanding which was needed."

He concluded, "This was a tough decision, but it was something that had to happen. I don't hold any blame or hard feelings, even if there's been some confusion-I know clarity took time. Moving forward, I just ask for space and respect for both of us. I hope we can be supported as individuals as we move ahead in our own ways."

Akriti hasn't yet shared any statement on the break up yet.
