Kapil Sharma Cafe Attack: It's been few days when renowned comedian Kapil Sharma had made headlines lately for opening a new cafe in Canada. He along with his wife Ginni Chatrath had opened a cafe named Kaps Caffe in Surrey, British Columbia earlier this week. And now, Kapil Sharma is making headlines for the most shocking reason as his cafe was attacked today Khalistani terrorists. According to media reports, the accused had opened fire at the cafe last night at the newly opened restaurant.

According to a report published in Republic World, Khalistani terrorist Harjit Singh Laddi linked to Khalistani outfit Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) has claimed responsibility for the attack. It is reported that Laddi has cited that Kapil Sharma's alleged comments being the reason for the attack. In another reports as the Kaps Caffe recently celebrated its inauguration, it was still decorated with floral accents and pink and white interior. However, it was soon vandalised amid the chaos. Reportedly, several rounds were filed at the property and bullet marks were also found on the front wall and nearby buildings. While no casualties or injuries have been reported, but the cafe property has suffered damages.

The reports further suggested that the Canadian authorities have begun the investigation in the matter and the Indian agencies has been monitoring the developments. On the other hand, Kapil Sharma's security is also likely to be reviews post the attack. Kapil Sharma is yet to issue a statement in this regard so far.
