Kesari Veer Actor Himanshu Malhotra Applauds Armed Forces Following Operation Sindoor

Actor Himanshu Malhotra, who features in the upcoming patriotic film Kesari Veer, has lauded the Indian armed forces following the successful execution of Operation Sindoor, a high-precision missile strike targeting terror infrastructure across Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir in the early hours of Wednesday.

The strikes, carried out under a classified operation, were aimed at neutralising key terror launchpads and command centres. The news took the nation by surprise, evoking a strong sense of pride and patriotism among citizens.

Reacting to the development, Himanshu said he first learned of the operation through a message from a family member early Wednesday morning.

"Earlier today I woke up to a message from my Bade Papa forwarding a congratulatory message to our honourable PM Modi ji for the successful completion of Operation Sindoor. It came as a big surprise, yet it filled me with pride for our armed forces who gave their everything to make this mission a success," Malhotra said.

Known for his role in the film Shershaah, Himanshu added that working on the film had given him a closer understanding of the commitment and courage of the Indian Army.

"Being a part of Shershaah, I have witnessed the dedication and devotion of our soldiers towards our beloved nation. Once again, they have honoured us with their unmatched bravery and patriotism," he said, adding a heartfelt salute to the forces.

Himanshu Malhotra will be portraying the character of Rasool Khan in the movie "Kesari Veer: Legends of Somnath". The film, directed by Prince Dhiman, is a historical drama that also features Sooraj Pancholi and Vivek Oberoi.
