Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi season 2 update: Tulsi is all set to make a roaring comeback to Indian television. India's beloved bahu Tulsi is ready to return with a new avatar and flavour in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi's reboot version.

Unlike Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 which didn't feature the original cast, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi will have Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay as the main leads. Ekta Kapoor and Star Plus will once again join hands to take the viewers on a roller coaster ride filled with emotions, drama, and wholesome entertainment.

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thu and Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii were the original hitmakers of Indian television, generating massive viewership. It was a huge task to deliver a TRP of 23 at 10:30pm slot and KSBKBT.

Unlike other daily soaps, KSBKBT season 2 will be a limited series, as Smriti Irani has allocated certain dates for the shoot. The actress, who transitioned into a politician, will make her full-fledged return to the world of television with the new season," a source exclusively told Filmibeat.

Rohit Suchanti and Tanisha Mehta have been confirmed to play the main leads along with Smriti and Amar. Star Plus has kept everything under wraps, as they want the show to be the biggest launch of the year.

According to a report in India Forums, there are strict security protocals on the sets of the show. Guess what? The phones of the cast and crew will be taped. The members, excluding Ekta Kapoor, Amar Upadhyay and Smiti Irani, have been asked to not use the mobile phones on set.
