'Meri Bhavya Life' Actress Sheetal Maulik Celebrated Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's Birthday Says, 'I'm Filled..."

Actress Sheetal Maulik, is inspired by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. The actress currently seen in TV show Priya Jaiswal in the TV show Meri Bhavya Life, recently opened up in an exclusive chat about how through the Art of Living's Happiness Program, she's enjoying a transformative spiritual journey as it has brought calm, clarity, and balance into her life.

While celebrating Indian guru and spiritual leader Ravi Shankar's birthday yesterday (13th may), she shared, "It's Guruji's b'day today. He is a renowned spiritual leader, humanitarian, and founder of the Art of Living Foundation. He's known for his wisdom, compassion, and dedication to promoting peace, harmony, and well-being globally."

She continued, "Through his teachings and initiative he has inspiring individuals to cultivate inner peace, resilience, and a sense of purpose. His work spans education, conflict resolution, and community development, making a profound impact worldwide."

She added, "Today, as we celebrate his birthday, I'm filled with gratitude for the online sadhana we did together. His unconditional acceptance and blessings mean the world to me. Known for her vibrant roles on television, Sheetal revealed, "When I think about drawing inspiration from Gurudev, the first three things inspired me a lot was about staying happy as in keep smiling and enjoying the present moment and always understand and help others."

In her personal life the beautiful actress is married to Shaumik Maulik in 2005, the couple are blessed with a daughter Shanaya.
