The makers introduced the complete Naagin 7 cast at a launch event in Mumbai on 23 December. Priyanka Chahar Choudhary leads the show as the main Naagin. Namik Paul, last seen in Kumkum Bhagya opposite Pranali Rathod, plays the male lead. Eisha Singh and Karan Kundrra, who are currently a part of Laughter Chefs season 3, will be essaying pivotal roles in the weekend drama.

Veteran actor Beena Banerjee and Ruhi Chaturvedi have also joined the ensemble, adding more depth to the Naagin 7 cast.
