Nivedita Basu: My work is my biggest source of happiness

For director-producer Nivedita Basu, happiness is not just a fleeting emotion but a way of life-a balance between passion and peace. As a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry, Nivedita finds immense satisfaction in her work. Creating content, bringing stories to life, and being involved in the creative process fuels her passion, she says.
"For me, my work is my biggest source of happiness. I truly enjoy my work because it allows me to contribute, create, and grow. It's fulfilling to see my ideas take shape and connect with audiences," she shares. Work, for her, is not just a responsibility but a source of inspiration and excitement.

While professional achievements bring joy, Nivedita believes that true happiness is rooted in personal connections. "For me, my kids and my family come first and then anyone else. Being with my kids, family, and close friends gives me immense peace and happiness. Their love and support provide a sense of fulfilment that no success can replace," she expresses.
