Dilwali Dulha Le Jayegi actress Sanchita Ugale, who plays the lead role of Sukoon in the popular drama, is pleased by the Indian Government OPERATION SINDOOR. She expressed her happiness over 'Zero tolerance, total justice'

Indian Armed Forces launched 'OPERATION SINDOOR', post midnight, hitting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir from where terrorist attacks against India have been planned and directed.

She said, "I feel with this the country has served justice to the victims. India's military response represented a measured, non-escalatory, proportionate, and responsible answer to Pakistan's support of cross-border terrorism. I'm proud to be in a country that beleives in no discrimination. I'm happy that we continue to follow the path our ancestors showed us of zero tolerance, total justice."

She continued, "India's briefing on 'Operation Sindoor' today gave a strong and significant message as two women officers - Wing Commander Vyomika Singh and Colonel Sofiya Qureshi - took the lead, sharing details of the military's precision strikes."

She added, "Along with the name "Operation Sindoor" -comes as a tribute to the women who lost their husbands in the terror attack. With this the female citizens of the country feels more secured and proud."

India carried out 24 missile strikes across nine locations - Muzaffarabad, Kotli, Bahawalpur, Rawalakot, Chakswari, Bhimber, Neelum Valley, Jhelum, and Chakwa - in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir, killing 70 terrorists and injuring another 60, to avenge the Pahalgam terror attack under 'Operation Sindoor'.

Several other celebrities, including Taapsee Pannu, Kajal Aggarwal, Paresh Rawal, Anupam Kher, Vivek Agnihotri, Madhur Bhandarkar, Nimrat Kaur, Hina Khan, Rahul Vaidya among others approciateed appreciated the Government move.

This message, along with the public support pouring in from both politicians and celebrities, captured the national mood, one of unity and pride. Union Ministers Kiren Rijiju and Bandi Sanjay Kumar also applauded the army, saying it was a fitting response to the attack in Pahalgam.

On professional front, Sanchita is best known for her previous roles in Kumkum Bhagya and Wagle Ki Duniya, as well as films like Silence 2 and Chhaava.
