The daily soap, known for its dramatic episodes, has been running successfully for the past three years. The channel and the production house have decided to spice things up with the introduction of a leap.

A reliable industry source exclusively told Filmibeat, "Parineetii will have a massive change in storyline and track as the creative has planned a new twist for the show. The daily soap will take a generation leap, following which new artists will join the existing star cast. While many actors will exit, a few, including Anchal Sahu will continue to be a part of the show."

The khabri added, "Paras Kalnawat and Pratiksha Honmukhe will join Parineetii as the new leads of the show following the leap. After months of auditions, the casting team has selected Paras and Pratiksha as the new leads of the Parineetii serial. They will join Anchal as the protagonists. Tanvi Dogra is expected to remain a part of the show for certain number of episodes."

Parineetii airs from Monday to Sunday at 7:30pm on Colors channel. The show is available for streaming on JioHotstar.
