Shefali Jariwala tragically passed away last night and it was first reported by the senior journalist Vickey Lalwani. According to him, Jariwala was rushed to Andheri's Bellevue Hospital in Mumbai by her husband along with three other people. But unfortunately, she was reportedly declared dead upon arrival.
Announcing the devastating news on Instagram, Vickey wrote, "Shefali Jariwala, the Kaanta Laga girl, is no more. The reason of her death is not known yet to this journalist, but I can confirm that she was brought dead to Bellevue Multispeciality hospital (opposite Star Bazaar Andheri) about 45 minutes prior to this post. Shefali was rushed to the hospital by her husband and three others. This news was confirmed by the reception staff of the hospital, who said, "Shefali had expired before she was brought in. Her husband and a few others accompanied the body." We asked for the RMO who took over the call and simply said, "For further details, please speak to Dr Vijay Lulla (cardiologist)."
When contacted, Dr Lulla did not deny the news, but would only say, "I cannot divulge any details regarding any patient."
We then spoke to Dr Sushant from the same hospital, who confirmed the news, and said, "We are sending the body for post mortem to Cooper hospital." (sic)"
According to ETimes, Shefali Jariwala had supposedly suffered a cardiac arrest. She was only 42 years old.

The two met at a mutual friend's dinner party and it was love at first sight for Parag. The couple dated for nearly 4 years before tying the knot in 2014. Shefali and Parag had participated together in couple dance reality shows - Nach Baliye 5 and Nach Baliye 7.
Born on November 27, 1975, Parag Tyagi made his television debut in the iconic Zee TV serial 'Pavitra Rishta'. Later, the 49-year-old appeared in several daily soaps, namely 'Brahmarakshas', 'Jodha Akbar', and 'Kaala Teeka', to name a few. Parag got his big Bollywood break in 'A Wednesday' and went on to appear in films like 'Sarkar 3', 'Venky Mama' and 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan'. He has also worked in Telugu films.
