Smita Sable(Bheema) To Shubhangi Atre(Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai): Actors Reveal Their Go-To Makeup Looks

Actors Reveal Their Go-To Makeup Looks

Makeup is more than just enhancing beauty; it's a form of self-expression that reflects personality, confidence, and style. &TV actors embrace their signature makeup looks, whether it's glossy, nude, or bold. From their on-screen appearances to everyday glam, here's how Smita Sable (Dhaniya from Bheema), Geetanjali Mishra (Rajesh from Happu Ki Ultan Paltan) and Shubhangi Atre (Angoori Bhabhi from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai) prefer their makeup style. Smita Sable, who plays Dhaniya in Bheema, shares, "I love a fresh, dewy makeup look that enhances my natural glow whenever I go out. Since I prefer a minimal approach, I go for light foundation, soft blush, and a glossy lip to keep my face radiant. A hint of shimmer on the eyes adds just the right amount of elegance, making it perfect for everyday wear. For my character Dhaniya, the makeup is kept extremely natural and simple, with earthy tones and a soft, no-makeup makeup look to align with her traditional and humble personality. The focus is always on enhancing natural beauty rather than overdoing it, which I truly admire."

Geetanjali Mishra, who plays Rajesh in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, reveals, "I enjoy experimenting with bold and glossy looks, especially for big events. A well-defined eyeliner, voluminous lashes, and a statement lip be it a deep red or a glossy berry shade instantly elevate my confidence. I also love a bit of highlighter for that extra glow, as it makes the skin look healthy and radiant. For Rajesh, the makeup is more functional, with a touch of kajal and neutral lipstick to keep it practical yet appealing. Since she is a housewife, the look is kept minimal but impactful, reflecting her strong and confident personality." Shubhangi Atre, known for her role as Angoori Bhabhi in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, says, "I am a fan of classic beauty with a modern twist. A subtle, nude makeup look is my go-to for both off-screen and on-screen appearances. I love using earthy-toned eyeshadows, peachy blush, and matte nude lipstick, which complement my skin tone beautifully. This look is sophisticated, versatile, and perfect for any occasion. For Angoori Bhabhi, the makeup is kept soft and natural, with a hint of pink on the cheeks and lips to enhance her innocence and simplicity. Her character exudes a traditional charm, so we ensure that her makeup remains light yet enhances her expressive features. I believe that eyes speak volumes, so I always define them with kohl and soft brown eyeshadow, adding a touch of mascara to make them look lively and expressive."
