&TV Artists Recall Acts Of Kindness That Touched Their Hearts!

Kindness does not always come wrapped in grand gestures; sometimes, it is hidden in the smallest moments that leave the deepest impressions. On the occasion of World Kindness Day, &TV artists - Priyamvada Kant (Latika, Gharwali Prewali), Geetanjali Mishra (Rajesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and Rohitashv Gour (Manmohan Tiwari, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai) shared real-life experiences where a simple act of kindness touched their hearts and stayed with them forever. Priyamvada Kant aka Latika from the upcoming show Gharwali Pedwali shares, "I remember, a few years ago, I went trekking in the mountains with my friends. The place was breathtakingly beautiful, but what truly stayed with me was the kindness of the locals. I noticed them standing by almost every corner of the trail, offering sealed water bottles with a smile to every trekker passing by - without expecting anything in return. It was such a simple and small gesture, yet it touched me deeply. It made me believe that goodness still exists everywhere - sometimes, even on a quiet mountain path."

Geetanjali Mishra, who plays Rajesh in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, fondly recalls, "During the lockdown, when everything felt uncertain, I met a little boy at a traffic signal selling flowers. I bought a few, and he handed me one extra saying, 'Didi, yeh gift hai aapke liye.' His smile, so pure and genuine, moved me to tears. Here was a child with so little, yet he chose to give. That one moment changed my perspective on kindness forever. It made me realise that you don't need abundance to be generous - just a big heart. Since then, I've made it a habit to support small vendors and underprivileged children whenever I can . Rohitashv Gour aka Manmohan Tiwari from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, shares "Years ago, when I was performing in a small town, our stage lights went off just before the final act. The show was about to be cancelled when a local shopkeeper, who was watching in the audience, ran back to his shop and brought his generator to help us continue. We didn't even know his name then, but his gesture ensured that our hard work didn't go in vain. That act of kindness still stays with me - because it came from someone who expected nothing in return. Even today, whenever I can, I try to be that helping hand for others."
