While their wedding festivities are going on, Armaan is regretting the decision of leaving Abhira seven years ago.

Amid all this, Mohit Parmar has finally re-entered the long-running family drama as Abhira's elder brother Abhir. He was missing from YRKKH ever since the show took a seven-year leap a few months ago. His character has now returned from Japan. In an exclusive chat with Filmibeat, the talented actor opened up about his re-entry in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and what his fans can expect from the character this time.

Before the lead, Abhira wasn't happy with Abhir as he continued his relationship with Charu despite being married to Kiara. On being asked about the bond he'll be seen sharing with Abhira, Mohit stated, "Abhir will be seen as a supportive brother like always. He'll help Abhira in everything."

WILL ABHIR SUPPORT ARMAAN OR ANSHUMAN? MOHIT PARMAR REVEALS

Currently, things are shown a little complicated between Armaan, Abhira, and Anshuman. While Abhira still loves Armaan, she's tying the knot with Anshuman. On being asked if Abhir is going to reunite Armaan with Abhira or he's going to support his decision to marry Anshuman, Mohit said, "Abhir will support Anshuman because he's a complete green flag for Abhira, while Armaan chose to leave her seven years ago."
