Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode: In tonight's (July 1) episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) prepares lauki (bottle gourd) sabzi for dinner as evening descends. Geetanjali, ever mindful of Armaan's (Rohit Purohit) preferences, reminds him that he hasn't eaten lauki in the past seven years and offers to make something else for him.

She even hands him some achar to go along with the meal. However, to everyone's surprise, Armaan declines the achar and quietly says he'll eat the lauki as is.

Later, when Abhira opens the fridge, she finds a box of sweets. Geetanjali tells her they're made of pineapple and anjeer and insists she should try one. Abhira politely declines, her refusal subtly hinting at her emotional distance despite the shared space.
That night, Anshuman experiences a stiff neck.

Concerned, Dadi Sa asks Abhira to apply an ice pack. Abhira helps him, and watching this from a distance, Armaan is visibly hurt and disturbed. The sight of her caring for Anshuman stirs something in him.

As she tends to Anshuman, Abhira asks if he trusts her. He replies without hesitation, saying he trusts her blindly. She then gently twists his neck after counting to three, and Anshuman instantly feels better. Later in the argument, Abhira gets hurt with a piece of glass, and she screams.

Anshuman and Geetanjali hear it and rush towards the washroom; however, the door is jammed. Anshuman tries to push the door open and finds Armaan and Abhira together, where Armaan is helping Abhira with the glass piece. Geetanjali and Anshuman notice their closeness and feel upset. Armaan removes the glass piece, and Kaveri helps Abhira to apply some medicine.

The episode ends on this emotionally charged note, with Abhira caught between the past and present, and Armaan grappling with feelings he can no longer suppress.
