Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode Twist: In tonight's (July 28) emotionally charged episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) finally brings Maira home and introduces her to the entire family. The atmosphere is tender yet filled with unspoken tension. The family members shower Maira with love and warm wishes, trying their best to make her feel welcomed.

However, just when Dadi Sa steps forward to embrace Maira, Abhira gently but firmly stops her, creating an awkward moment that doesn't go unnoticed.

The family tries to win Maira's heart with her favourite dishes-each member presenting something special with hope and affection. But Maira, overwhelmed and still processing the transition, refuses to eat anything. As she sits quietly, her mind drifts back to memories of Armaan (Rohit Purohit) and Geetu lovingly feeding her, triggering a wave of emotions she can't express.

Elsewhere, Armaan is devastated. He clutches Maira's belongings, holding on to the little pieces of her that remain in the house. He breaks down in tears, unable to contain his grief.

Geetu, equally heartbroken, cooks a large vessel full of khichdi-Maira's favourite-in her memory, symbolically keeping her spirit alive in the household. Dadu gently consoles her, reminding her that Maira is now with her real mother, and that they need to let her go, however painful it may be.

Back in the Goenka house, Abhira makes noodles for Maira, hoping a familiar dish might bring her some comfort. As she waits, Kaveri approaches Abhira to apologize. But the apology is met with Abhira's pent-up frustration. She lashes out at Kaveri, accusing her of always blindly supporting Armaan, even when he was wrong. Hurt and speechless, Kaveri silently walks away, and to her surprise, no one from the family stops her from leaving.

Later that evening, Abhira finds Maira hiding under a bedsheet. She gently lifts the sheet and tries to get Maira to eat the noodles she made. However, she also confesses that she's deeply angry with him-for letting her leave without a word, without a goodbye. Her pain and confusion are palpable.

Abhira listens with empathy and tells Maira that it's okay to feel everything she's feeling. She reassures her daughter that she doesn't have to force herself to adjust quickly and that she is free to take her time. With warmth in her voice, she promises Maira that she can talk to her about anything, anytime.
