As online shopping evolves, Ctruh, founded by Vinay Agastya, is transforming product discovery through immersive 3D experiences. Coming to Shark Tank India 5, they showcased how their platform enables brands to create 4K-8K quality 3D product models directly on web browsers. Powered by a patented engine that converts catalogue details into models with up to 87% texture accuracy, enabling AR and VR experiences for better purchase decisions.

A computer designer since 2014, Vinay previously worked with top brands. He developed an interest in WebGL and 3D technology. This led him to launch Ctruh in October 2022. Vinay entered the season with an ask of 1 cr for 1.2% equity. While the Sharks admired his technical brilliance, he faced a challenging pitch and a lot of questions, ultimately securing a joint deal from Sharks Anupam Mittal and Vineeta Singh, who came together to invest ₹1 crore for 2.4% equity.

Reflecting on the experience, Vinay shared, "Shark Tank India 5 allowed us to share that vision and accelerate the journey ahead. We are looking forward to the sharks' inputs and the journey ahead. Ctruh was built with the belief that the future of commerce lies in immersive discovery. We want to help brands move beyond flat images to experiences where customers can truly explore products before buying."
