Talking about love as a necessity, she says it is important at every stage of life. "A child needs love to build confidence. An adult needs it for emotional balance. Even in old age, love gives dignity and reassurance," she adds. "We underestimate its importance because it cannot be measured, but its absence is deeply felt."

In a world that celebrates independence, Shubhangi believes balance is key. "Independence should not mean emotional distance," she says. "Even the strongest hearts need warmth."
