The new season of Bigg Boss Marathi 6 includes several familiar faces from Hindi and Marathi screens. Actor Raqesh Bapat returns to the franchise after appearances on Bigg Boss OTT Season 1 and Bigg Boss 15. Vishal Kotian, also recognised as Birbal, joins after gaining wide fame in Bigg Boss Hindi Season 15.

Sonali Raut re-enters the Bigg Boss world after earlier participation in Bigg Boss Hindi 8, bringing previous experience of the format. Prajakta Shukre arrives in Bigg Boss Marathi 6 with a strong musical fan base. Prajakta gained nationwide attention in Indian Idol Season 1, where Prajakta secured a Top 5 spot.

Marathi cinema is represented in Bigg Boss Marathi 6 by Deepali Sayyad, earlier known as Dipali Bhosle. Deepali debuted with the film Jau Tithe Khau in 2006 and later acted in several Marathi movies.
