Divya Prem: Pyaar Aur Rahasya Ki Kahani Actor Suraj Pratap Singh Shares Funny Childhood Summer Stories
Summer vacations are always filled with simple joys, funny memories, and moments that stay with us forever. For some, it is about travelling or spending time with family, while for others, it is about playing outside till late at night and enjoying little adventures with friends. For Suraj Pratap Singh, who plays Prem in Sun Neo's show Divya Prem: Pyaar Aur Rahasya Ki Kahani, summer vacations were all about fun, mischief, and unforgettable childhood memories from Kanpur.

Sharing his favourite summer vacation memories, Suraj said, "Since I am from Kanpur, summer vacations were always special because we often had power cuts at night. I would actually wait for the electricity to go off because as soon as the lights went out around 7 or 8 in the evening, all the kids from the neighbourhood would come outside to play hide and seek. We had a huge group of friends and would run across different lanes, making teams and hiding from each other. We would keep playing till 10 or 11 at night, until the electricity finally came back."
He further added, "I also have a very funny summer vacation memory. Once, during summer break, there were rumours in Kanpur about some mysterious creature called 'Machhua'. One night, I attached a light to my kite and started flying it from the terrace. People around my house thought that the 'Machhua' had come to my terrace, but it was actually just me flying the kite. Another time, while flying a kite, it got stuck in the electric wires on a pole. I kept pulling the string for so long that the wire eventually broke and the electricity in the entire neighbourhood went off because of me. So yes, I was definitely that mischievous child, and honestly, I still enjoy being that way."
