Titled Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain, the brand-new spin-off premiered on Star Plus last week and is already making headlines.

Interestingly, it has been cleared that Smriti Irani, aka everyone's favourite Tulsi, won't be a part of the spin-off. In a recent Instagram story, the seasoned actress and politician confirmed the same. Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain features Rohit Suchanti and Tanisha Mehta in the lead roles as it revolves around the story of Angad and Vrinda.

For those unaware, after their emotional reunion with Mihir, Angad-Vrinda had returned to the Virani house with their kids. However, in a recent episode, the duo was seen bidding farewell to the Virani house once again as their characters were shown relocating to Jamshedpur after Tulsi assigns them a task to handle the business there amid ongoing losses.

Not one was aware that this move was a major hint for the spinoff, in which Angad and Vrinda will also be shown managing their own strained relationship. Besides Rohit and Tanisha, the new show also features Kushagre Dua and Pardeep Singh Toor in important characters.

Surprisingly, the first week's TRP of Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain is already out and indicates that the loyal viewers of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 are already loving it. As revealed by popular Twitter handle Gossips TV, the spin-off has achieved a TRP rating of 1.9 and is the second-highest-rated show of the week, beating other biggies, including Anupamaa and Tumm Se Tumm Tak.

With such a strong opening, it will be interesting to see if Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain will succeed in maintaining this momentum in the coming weeks or not.
