On Sunday (July 19), the contestants were asked to put their stars on the challenging board if they wished to double their stars and increase their chances of winning the show.
The Laughter Chefs 3 stars including Tejasswi Prakash, Elvish Yadav, Karan Kundrra, Nia Sharma, were asked to prepare the Paneer Kali Mirch Recipe. Here are the ingredients required for the dish!

- 250 g paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1 bay leaf, 2 green cardamoms, 3-4 cloves, 1-inch cinnamon
- 1 onion (browned and blended with 8-10 cashews)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chillies
- 3 tbsp whisked curd
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1-1½ tsp freshly crushed black pepper
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp fresh cream

Here's the method! 1- Heat oil and fry the whole spices. 2- Add the onion-cashew paste and cook until the oil separates. 3- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies; sauté. 4- Lower the heat and stir in the curd. Add all the powdered spices and cook for 2–3 minutes. 5- Add a little water and simmer.
