Mangal Lakshmi Star Naman Shaw Acknowledges His Mother Shashi: All That I Am OR Hope To Be, I Owe To Her
Actor Naman Shaw, consider his mother Mrs. Shashi Shaw as the biggest supporter offering him unconditional love and providing unwavering encouragement through every phase of life.

He says, "My mom has always been my biggest support - she's my backbone. We're not an overly expressive family, but we have our own ways of showing love and warmth. Her quiet strength has been my constant. She stands by me when others may not, encouraging me to pursue my dreams even when I doubt myself. She provides me comfort during hardships, acting as a safe space to share fears and celebrations. All that I am, or hope to be, I owe to my mom."
"I'm here today pursuing my acting dreams because of her. She's the one who pushed me to take the plunge, move out of Kolkata, and chase my dream. If it wasn't for her, I'd probably still be in Kolkata at my dad's shop, with just a dream and a sad face," he mentioned.
The actor revealed his mother is currently in Mumbai, and this year mother's day will be a family celebration.
He shares, "My mom is with us currently. With her blessings we already brought a new car. A part of mother's day celebration already begun. I'm lucky, this year she's with me and I'll be fortunate to take her out for a special Mother's Day dinner. Infact it will be great time to also see my son Krivaan celebrating with his mother Nehaa (Mishra)."
"Honestly, I don't have childhood memories of celebrating Mother's Day. Back then it wasn't celebrated much, especially in middle-class homes. We were also too shy. But I make sure my son celebrates it now - he wishes his mom and makes her feel special every year," he added.
Naman also concluded adding that every individual should find time for their parents, "Life does get hectic, especially with shoots for me. But I make it a point to video call my mom once every day just to check and stay updated on her life. Parents are often the first line of support, providing stability and advice during life's challenges. They need us and we need them. It is important to understand and make sure to enjoy a regular, brief communication-like a 10-minute every day," he concluded.
With his charm, dedication, and adaptability, Naman remains a household name for his current appearance as Adit Saxena in Mangal Lakshmi. He also acted in shows like Kasamh Se, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasautii Zindagii Kay among others.
