She's My Biggest Support System

For Bobby, his mother has been the one constant through every phase of life. "Mom is literally the biggest support system in my life," he shares. "Whether it's my career, personal life, or just the random stuff life throws at you, she's always been there in the most solid way."

Over the years, their relationship has evolved beyond the traditional parent-child dynamic. "She's become more like a friend than just a 'strict parent.' She's created that comfort zone where I can share anything with her. That friendship-like bond has become a real safe space for both of us," Bobby says.

Boys Are Little Boys In Front Of Mom

The actor also spoke candidly about masculinity and vulnerability - a conversation he feels is important, especially for men. "I think society really pushes this idea that a guy always has to look tough and 'manly' to be taken seriously. Outside, maybe you do need that image sometimes to deal with the world," he admits.

"But with your mom, I don't think you need any image at all. My mom has seen me from day one - from being a kid to who I am today. There's nothing I can hide from her anyway."

For Bobby, that honesty is non-negotiable. "In front of her, I don't feel the need to act strong or pretend to be anything. I'd rather be honest, open and vulnerable with her. Home, and especially your mom, should be that place where you can drop all the masks you wear outside."

No One Understands The Real You Like She Does

In a world where everyone is fighting their own battles, Bobby believes a mother's presence is the ultimate anchor. "We're all fighting so many battles in the world. At least with your mom you should be able to just be yourself, because honestly, no one understands that real version of you better than she does."

Kishori Shahane, known for her powerful performances in Marathi and Hindi cinema, TV shows such as Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahi, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, among others has often spoken about balancing her career and motherhood. Today, it's clear she's won hearts at home just as much as she has on screen.

As Bobby puts it: "She's seen every version of me. And loved them all. That's my safe space. That's my mom."
