In an exclusive conversation with Filmibeat Chief Copy Editor Abhishek Ranjit, Chakshdeep Singh bared his heart out about people noticing that he looks like Diljit Dosanjh.
Chakshdeep Singh says, "Diljit Dosanjh has always been a huge inspiration for me, not just because of his music or acting, but because of the kind of person he is. I admire how he stays rooted despite global success. Watching his journey made me believe that someone from our background can dream big and still stay humble. His confidence, discipline, and love for his culture motivate me to work harder every day."
He adds, "Yesterday's Splitsvilla episode became extra special for me when people started noticing that I look like Diljit Dosanjh. Honestly, I was overwhelmed and grateful. Being compared to someone I look up to feels unreal. It was never intentional, but if people see a resemblance, I take it as a compliment and a blessing. Diljit paaji's personality and aura are unmatched."
"Diljit Dosanjh represents fearlessness to me. He does what he believes in and never tries to fit into anyone else's box. That's something I am learning in my own journey as well.
