Piyusha Roy On Playing ‘Unpredictable’ Payal In Satya Sacchi: One Character, Two Worlds, And So Much...

Piyusha Roy is making a dramatic entry to television with TV show Satya Sacchi, and she's bringing chaos, nostalgia, and a love triangle with her.

Piyusha Roy On Playing Unpredictable Payal In Satya Sacchi

The actress, known for Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharam Patnii, Do Dooni Pyaar, CID and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, will now be seen as Payal opposite Ankur Bhardwaj's Shaurya. The new twist is Payal is Shaurya's first love who everyone believed was dead.

Payal's shocking re-entry turns Shaurya's world upside down. Stunned and emotional, he decides to bring her home - a move that rekindles old feelings and threatens his present with Sacchi, played by Bhagyashree Mishra. What follows is a messy, emotional tug-of-war between past and present.

Piyusha is clearly loving the grey shades. "I'm genuinely so excited for this role. She's not just black or white - she's layered, messy, and unpredictable. That's what makes it fun," she tells us. "One moment she's childlike and playful, the next she's intense and emotional. It keeps me on my toes on set every single day."

For her, the best part is the love triangle itself. "Sharing scenes with the lead and building this love triangle is the best part. There's tension, chemistry, and so many emotions to play - romance, ego, vulnerability, all mixed together. I love that viewers won't be able to guess her next move. As an actor, that unpredictability is pure joy."

Getting into Payal's skin is a full transformation for Piyusha. "Before the scene, I step into my zone. She's childish and mad all at once, and I even change my voice to make it real. It's fun. I take my time - shift my body language, mindset, everything. She's so different from Piyusha," she shares.

Her current look matches the vibe - pigtails, soft white shirts, and that innocent smile. "Right now my look in the show is very childlike and cute. It's playful, it's pure, and it helps me get into her childish-mad energy before every scene," she says.

But that's just phase one. "Dheere dheere, the old Payal look will come in - more mature, in suits, with a different grace. I love that I get to play both sides. One character, two worlds, and so much to explore in between."

With Payal back from the dead, Satya Sacchi just got a whole lot more entertainment.
