Rahul Banerjee Post Mortem Report: Autopsy Reveals Exact Cause Of Death
The post-mortem examination of Rahul Arunoday Banerjee, carried out at Tamluk Hospital on Monday, has brought to light crucial details about the circumstances surrounding his death. As reported by Aajkaal, the autopsy report indicates that the actor remained underwater for a significant period, during which sand and saline water penetrated deep into his lungs. This resulted in severe swelling, nearly twice the normal size, pointing strongly toward drowning as the primary cause.
Investigators further discovered traces of sand and seawater in his food pipe, suggesting he inhaled substantial amounts of water and debris while struggling. Despite these revelations, certain aspects remain unclear. Authorities are still examining whether alcohol had any role in the incident. Viscera samples have been preserved and sent for detailed analysis, and officials are awaiting those results to establish a complete and conclusive picture.
