Sanchita Ugale Death: Sanchita Ugale, the young actress known for her roles on Kumkum Bhagya, Wagle Ki Duniya etc, is no more with us and her untimely device has left everyone mighty shocked. The 30 year old actress had passed away on June 14, 2026 and had died by suicide. The news came as a massive shock to her family and fans. It was reported that she was found dead at her residence in Mumbai's Nalasopara East. While the exact reason behind her demise is yet to be revealed, several speculations are being made about what made Sanchita take the drastic step.

Sanchita Ugale Was Battling Depression

In a conversation with Money Control, Sanchita's close friend Megha Sharma has expressed shock at the actress' demise and made shocking revelations about her mental health. While Megha revealed that Sanchita was battling depression, she also emphasised that the actress had suicidal tendencies as well and was undergoing treatment. Megha said, "I am in deep shock and out of words. She hung herself is what I hear. She had some health issues and was suffering from depression since January. She had some personal reasons and was undergoing treatment. She often said that she will end her life and we all including her mother and family motivated her to stay positive and not think about such negative things. But this time we could not save her. She loved herself".

Sanchita Ugale's Last Meeting With Megha

Furthermore, Megha recalled her last meeting with the late actress which happened just 10 days before the unfortunate incident. "She was a happy go lucky person. Infact, I met her 10 days ago and took her for an audition. She was convinced that she could make it. Later her phone was switched off," Megha added.

To note, police is currently investigating the matter and revealed that she was alone at home when she took the drastic step. She is survived by her parents and a 15 year old sister.
