She played Diya Tandon in the long-running daily soap, which helped many viewers recognise her. She had earlier described Kumkum Bhagya as a turning point in her acting journey. After that, Sanchita Ugale appeared in Wagle Ki Duniya as Ruchita Jaitley. She later played Sukoon in Dangal TV's Dilwali Dulha Le Jayegi. Expressing shock over Sanchita's demise, her close friend Megha Sharma told Money Control, "I am in deep shock and out of words. She hung herself is what I hear". Earlier, Sanchita had made headlines after she spoke about social media influencer Misha Agrawal's death by suicide last year. She had stated, "I'm heartbroken to see how easy youngsters considering their life. Misha, I don't know her personally but have come across her videos many times on my social media. I used to enjoy watching her. She seemed happy and full of life. But I'm heartbroken to learn the reason for her death. I feel the pain and suffering their parents must be dealing with".
