Shruhad Goswami Of Gujarati Blockbuster Laalo On Shooting With The Cast Of Pushpa Impossible

Mumbai, May 13, 2026: Sony SAB's Pushpa Impossible recently welcomed the cast of blockbuster Gujarati film Laalo - Krishna Sada Sahayate for a special crossover episode ahead of the film's World Television Premiere on Sony MAX. While audiences can look forward to an emotional and heartwarming story on-screen, the atmosphere off-screen was vibrant as the cast bonded over their shared love for culture, folk music, theatre, storytelling and art.

With many conversations naturally drifting towards literature, traditional music, stage performances, and cultural roots, the crossover became more than just a collaboration between two successful worlds, it turned into a celebration of Gujarat's rich artistic identity. From discussing regional storytelling traditions to reminiscing about theatre experiences and folk influences, the camaraderie between the teams reflected the same warmth and authenticity that audiences associate with both Pushpa Impossible and Laalo.

Talking about the crossover, Karuna Pandey, who essays the role of Pushpa in Pushpa Impossible, said, "As actors, we naturally connect through creativity and emotions. While interacting with the cast of Laalo, I realised how all of us connect through our shared love for storytelling. The conversations happened very organically because everyone was genuinely passionate about the arts. I truly enjoy being around people who value creativity because it creates such a positive and enriching environment. These interactions made the atmosphere on set feel even more warm, lively, and comforting."

Reeva Rachh, lead actress of Laalo, added, "It's amazing how sometimes even a single day is enough to create such lovely memories. We were all busy with the shoot of the integration episode, but between setups and breaks, we found ourselves bonding so naturally over conversations around films and performances. Karuna ma'am, especially, has such warmth and positivity that she instantly makes everyone feel comfortable around her. At one point, we started discussing our favourite plays and actors, and suddenly everyone had such interesting stories and perspectives to share. These little spontaneous interactions brought a warm and cheerful energy to the entire day. By the end of the day, it genuinely felt like we had known each other for much longer."

Shruhad Goswami, playing the role of Lord Krishna in Laalo, added, "The best part about shooting with the cast of Pushpa Impossible was discovering how similar our artistic sensibilities are. From folk music to theatre, conversations on set turned into a celebration of culture. During our rehearsal for the integration episode, we started discussing rehearsal techniques from theatre workshops and before we knew it, we were performing like that. Even with hectic schedule, we found little moment to connect, exchange stories, and enjoy the creative energy around us."
